Her experience includes National Manager Clinical Supports at genU and Clinical Operations Manager at Activ Foundation, together with a range of clinical, leadership and advisory roles across the healthcare, disability and community sectors.

Throughout her career, Deb has worked alongside individuals, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams supporting people with diverse and often complex health, disability and care needs. She cares deeply about getting systems right because she has seen the impact they have on real people.
Deb believes that strong governance and quality systems should do more than manage riskâthey should support safe, person-centred services that promote health, wellbeing, inclusion and positive outcomes.
This philosophy underpins Clear Clinical Advisory's approach to clinical governance, quality improvement, clinical review and systems development, helping organisations translate best-practice standards into practical, sustainable solutions that support both compliance and quality care.
